Bibby Joins British Guild of Beer Writers

Mark Bibby Jackson today has joined the British Guild of Beer Writers (BGBW). Bibby was nominated by Visit Flanders to join the premier organisation for beer writers.

“Thanks to Anita Rampall for nominating me to join the BGBW, and of course to the BGBW for accepting me,” Bibby Jackson said. “I was chatting to Anita at a recent event at Flanders House and seemed an obvious next step in my path.”

In 2024 Bibby launched the Hairy Traveller YouTube channel and since then he has produced a series of YouTube videos with his partner Jonny Edbrooke.

“I hope that in due course I will be able to repay Anita the favour back by producing a video of the great brown bars in Flanders.

In addition to being a member of the BGBW, Bibby is also a member of the British Guild of Travel Writers, for which he served as the Director of Communications for two years.
